Paso Robles HS Information Tech Follow-up Survey

The Information Technology Department at Paso Robles High School is collecting data to support our program. We need to know what you are doing now that you have completed high school. Please check all items that apply. If you are the parent of this graduate, please complete this survey in their absence.

There are 2 ways to fill out the survey:

The 1st is to fill this paper survey out and send it in the enclosed addressed envelope back to PRHS.
